Concept art of Law, one of five main antagonists that Nazara ([link]) fights in my friend's story (which he is still working on).

Her design is a mix between 1920's women's fashion and cyberpunk elements. Her special ability is speed, and her weapon of choice is a heavily-modified Thompson machine gun with targeting display that fires 5,000 tracer rounds per minute. In my friend's story, she is one of five "Powers" that control a large cyberpunk city, though they use their abilities to run the city for personal gains. Law is in charge of keeping the peace in the city with her personal squad of bodyguards and cracking down on citizens or groups who pose a threat or try to overthrow the Powers. Because she is focused on her "beautiful figure", Law often arrests or even kills individuals she sees as "ugly", but when she meets Nazara, she goes well out of her way to destroy him because he is an "abomination with a horrid fashion sense".
